Called to schedule appointment. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. All the guy had to do was say, sorry or I apologize Told I couldn't get an appointment till the 23rd for an oil change. Been a customer for years. Probably never going back. Not polite and didn't help me after being on hold for 15 minutes.

Did a great job with my GMC Sierra. Diagnosed problems accurately and had it repaired properly within a day. Prices were fair, not crazy high. Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of work. I definately recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Forty Fort Lube on Wyoming Ave. Each time I have taken my car there I have received great service. They are professional and take the time to explain and answer questions. Most important to me, I feel they are honest and trustworthy. Last year, when another garage advised me I needed a couple thousand dollars of repairs, I asked Forty Fort Lube to check over my car and let me know what I needed done. They advised that I needed about 300.00 worth of repairs which I had them do. Yesterday, I needed a car battery quickly and they got me right in and installed the battery. I would recommend them 10 times over.
